This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AI Technical Project Manager in Netherlands.

This role sits at the intersection of advanced software delivery, AI-assisted development, and complex client-facing project execution. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across technical engagements where AI agents and engineering teams collaborate to build modern software systems. The environment is highly dynamic and fast-evolving, requiring strong structure, communication, and execution discipline. You will act as the key bridge between clients and engineering teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear technical direction and delivered efficiently. This position involves managing distributed teams, aligning AI-generated outputs with project goals, and maintaining clarity across all phases of delivery. It is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in deep tech and AI-native environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, including scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Translate client requirements into structured PRDs and detailed technical specifications
  • Lead Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and progress tracking
  • Act as the main client-facing contact for discovery sessions, updates, and ongoing communication
  • Identify and manage scope creep, dependencies, risks, and technical ambiguities early in the process
  • Coordinate AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, ensuring output quality and alignment with requirements
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including architecture notes, decision logs, and acceptance criteria
  • Support pre-sales, scoping, and proposal development when required

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery leadership, or similar roles in software environments
  • Strong understanding of how modern software systems are built, including full-stack architectures
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js or similar) and backend systems (REST, GraphQL, microservices)
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven ability to write clear and actionable PRDs and technical specifications
  • Experience working with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify technical complexity
  • Exposure to deep tech domains such as industrial systems, robotics, energy, or similar environments
  • Nice to have: AWS or cloud platform experience, system architecture involvement, MLOps, robotics, automation, or safety-critical systems
