We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize and support the end-to-end sales process across the EMEA region. This role focuses on standardizing sales processes, monitoring pipeline and project progress, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
You will manage CRM data, use ERP, and sales tools, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to improve efficiency and execution. Working closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams, you will facilitate smooth pre-sales and post-sales coordination.
This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on enabling sales teams to operate efficiently and drive revenue growth.
Process Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized sales processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor pipeline activities and ensure timely progression of opportunities.
Project Progress Monitoring:
- Track and report the status of pre-sales and sales projects, ensuring milestones are met.
- Maintain project forecast status and provide regular updates to management.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and generate regular sales performance reports.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Facilitate communication between sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Tools & Systems:
- Manage and optimize CRM and other sales tools to enhance productivity.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on tools and processes.
