You will own their time, attention, and operational flow — ensuring nothing slips, priorities are clear, and complexity is handled before it becomes visible. This goes far beyond traditional executive support; you will act as the operational glue of the headquarters.
From managing calendar, inbox, and travel, to solving unexpected problems under pressure, to coordinating hiring processes and supporting office operations — you are the person who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Over time, there is scope to take on broader ownership of office operations, including team management.
This role is for someone who takes pride in precision, follow-through, and making things work flawlessly.
Own calendar and inbox management. Ensure priorities are protected, communication is handled efficiently, and nothing requires chasing.
Manage end-to-end travel with proactive problem-solving to ensure seamless execution, even under changing conditions.
Coordinate hiring logistics end-to-end, ensuring speed and clarity across candidate communications and scheduling.
Track commitments, close loops, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Support the smooth running of the office, with increasing ownership over time, including potential management of the office function.
Handle operational admin (expenses, invoices, documentation) with precision and reliability.
Coordinate visits from partners, investors, and external stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality, well-run experience.
Act as a blocker-remover. If something is slowing the CEO down, you solve it — often before being asked.
