About the job:

For our dynamic Motion division in Rhoon in The Netherlands at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: Sales Support / Sales Administration.

Reporting to the Supervisor Customer Service / Sales Support your mission will be:

The Sales Support representative supports the sales process from start to finish, ensuring flawless administration, reliable order processing, and professional customer communication. The focus is on quality, structure, and support for account managers, not on active acquisition.

 What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

  • Preparing and following up on quotes in ERP systems
  • Processing, checking, and monitoring orders
  • Maintaining customer contact (by phone and email)
  • Supporting account managers in commercial processes
  • Monitoring data quality in ERP and CRM
  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in order and sales processes
  • Collaborating with internal departments (logistics, finance, sales)
  • Contributing ideas to process improvements and efficiency

 What we ask for:  

  • MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level
  • Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or commercial administration
  • Experience in a technical, industrial, or B2B environment is a strong plus Knowledge & Systems
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Exact)and with CRM is a plus Personality & Working Style
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Administratively very accurate and structured
  • Customer-focused, but monitors processes and agreements
  • Proactive and independent • Strong and professional communication skills
  • Fits well in a small team
  • Provides calm and overview, even during busy periods
  • Prefers to work in an office
