Kramp is Europe’s leading wholesaler of agricultural parts and accessories. Our 70,000 m² distribution center in Varsseveld , stocking more than 500,000 SKUs is the largest and most strategic warehouse within our European network.
To future-proof this site, we are executing Masterplan Varsseveld (2023–2030), a large-scale transformation programme focused on automation, scalability and IT innovation. A key element is the expansion of KNAPP’s Evo Shuttle goods-to-person system, combined with robotics, conveyor upgrades and WMS/ERP development.
For this programme and several exciting supply chain initiatives that will follow, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Supply Chain with strong WMS and system integration expertise.
Why this role matters
Masterplan VSV aims to increase picking lines by ~35% without increasing headcount. This ambition can only be realised if automation and WMS logic work seamlessly together.
You will directly shape how our largest warehouse operates towards 2030.
What is your role?
As Senior Business Analyst within Masterplan Varsseveld, you are responsible for ensuring that all required WMS changes are correctly designed, aligned and implemented on time to support automation and process redesign.
You operate at the intersection of:
Warehouse operations
Automation partner
WMS
Product and programme management
Your primary focus is to translate operational and automation requirements into stable, scalable WMS solutions. You are responsible for:
Translating automation concepts into clear WMS functional requirements
Assessing system impact of warehouse process changes
Aligning with IT, Operations and engineering on design, configuration and development choices
Coordinating testing (SIT, UAT) and validating end-to-end process integrity
Supporting go-live phases and ensuring operational stability
Managing dependencies between automation hardware and WMS logic
Monitoring whether system changes deliver the intended operational performance
You take ownership of WMS-related deliverables within the programme and ensure they are implemented in a controlled and future-proof manner as act as a senior implementation-focused role, not only a documentation Business Analyst role.
Who you are
You are a technically strong Business Analyst with deep understanding of WMS in automated warehouse environments.
You have:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Industrial Engineering or similar
5+ years of experience in WMS-related roles within warehousing or logistics
Experience implementing or modifying WMS in automated or semi-automated environments
Experience collaborating with teams with different interest and balance these interests
Experience in large transformation or warehouse automation projects
Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse flows and system logic
Please note that this is a hybrid position 50% - 60% working from the office , requiring regular presence at our headquarters in Varsseveld, Gelderland (2 days per week)
